We meet every Sunday. On the first Sunday in the month we hold an all day retreat starting at 9am, finishing at 5pm with vegetarian lunch to share at 12noon. All other Sundays we start at 2pm and finish at 5pm.

- We are an independent group, as we trained with different teachers, in different places.
- However we share the same practices, aims and traditions as the WCF, we have been good and trusted friends for a long time.
- We celebrate Wesak and other Buddhist festivals at the Chinese Dharma Rain Chan Monastery near Birmingham.
- We like to hear from people with drink or drug problems as we understand addiction from personal experience.
- There are no charges or fees.
