Silent Illumination Retreat in New York

Chan Retreat with Ji Chern Fashi
The Ch'an Meditation London Group (NB this is an independent group, not part of the Western Chan Fellowship) is hosting a retreat to be led by Ji Chern Fashi, a Dharma Heir of the late Chan Master Sheng Yen, Aug 25th to Sept 1st 2013. For details refer to the Ch'an Meditation London website.
Intensive Chan Meditation Retreat in Poland
A 10-day Chan meditation retreat, led by Ven. Chi Chern Fashi, will take place in August 2013, at the Plein-air House of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in Dluzew, Poland. The retreat will begin with a Dharma talk by the Master at 7 pm on August 1 (Thursday) and will end at 10 am on August 11 (Sunday). The Master will be accompanied by Ven. Chang Wen Fashi, Ven. Chang Xiang Fashi and an experienced Chan practitioner, Djordje Cvijic.
The prerequisites for acceptance to the retreat are at least 6 months of experience in Buddhist meditation practice and participation in at least one intensive (i.e. at least 5-day) retreat. It is possible to participate in 5, 7 or 10 days of the retreat, providing one begins on August 1.
Chan Retreat in Switzerland
There will be a 7-day Chan retreat led by Master Chi Chern Fashi, Dharma heir of Master Sheng Yen, from August 17 to August 26 2013 at Haus Tao, NE Switzerland. This is a great possibility to practice Chan under the guidance of the Master Chi Chern. The retreat-language is German, English explications possible.
