Read the Local Groups page for details on the categories of WCF local meditation groups.
Affiliated groups are those groups whose activities closely follow the Objects of the WCF constitution though they are independent groups and are not managed by the WCF. Typically they will practice Chan (Chinese Zen) meditation and at least one of their members can give Buddhist meditation instruction to newcomers.
